DELIVERY IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN A LOCAL AREA TO OUR BUSINESS LOCATION OF S667PQ.

We understand that sometimes working days can be long, or transport can restrict people, here at MJ we offer a service to our local communities to purchase our quality fish, and not have to leave the house. 

​

We won't use a courier service for our fish as we like them to be in tip top health when they arrive.

​We will however deliver within a 30 mile radius of S667PQ for free with orders over £30.  Our business class insurance allows us to personally deliver in the local area. We care abut the environment and we know you do too, so we use an electric vehicle for our deliveries.

 

2 hour Delivery slots are available for 6 days of the week so next day delivery IS possible! For orders of less than £30 a £4.95 delivery charge will apply within 30 miles.​

When checking out, please choose an available delivery slot, please note we will require 24hours notice to change delivery slots.​ You can also choose to either pay online or opt for cash/card payment on delivery, simply let us know in the delivery information box which method you would like so we can bring the card machine if required.

*Terms and Conditions

As per our website conditions, the pictures shown of the fish are our own stock, however not all fish of the same species look exactly the same, please note that the fish you order may differ slighly to the image shown, the species shown will be the species delivered, however slight variations in colour size and markings does not constitute a reason to refuse delivery. 

Delivery windows cannot be guaranteed due to external factors beyond our control such as traffic and weather conditions. We will always contact you in relation to any delay.

All fish must be inspected upon delivery with you signing and confirming you are happy with their condition.

Once fish have been accepted, we recommend that you acclimate them to your water temperatures. Please note that some species may be subdued, discoloured and swim up and down the tank or hide until they settle in.

We are not be responsible for you placing your fish into a tank with unsuitable tank mates or water parameters.

If in the unlikely event that your new fish dies within 2 hours, please contact us, do not dispose of the fish so we are able to assist, refunds or exchanges are only available with a water sample and the fish so we can inspect.

 

There must be someone available to take delivery of the fish within your chosen delivery window, if there is noboby available to accept the fish we will return the fish to our premises and a non delivery charge of £9.95** will be applied to the refund on your original order.

 

** Where an order including delivery is less than £9.95 we reserve the right to retain all the funds to cover the costs incurred for this service.
